Allied Health

We work with like-minded allied health professionals to provide that extra in-home support to help maintain your health and wellbeing. You may need assistance in getting back on your feet after injury or illness and our allied health partners are part of SMNCC’s myhomecare program.

We realise how important it is to maintain and improve strength and balance for preventing falls. Our allied health partners, together with the support of the Sue Mann care team can help with assessing, implementing and monitoring an in-home falls prevention program to help keep you moving and minimise the risk of falling.

Qualified in specialist areas, allied health professionals work as part of your care team to provide services such as:

Telehealth

We partner with the leading telehealth provider in Australia to offer you a new way to support you to monitor your health, wellbeing and stay connected by using simple and easy to use technology from the comfort of your home.

You will be supported to use a range of telehealth devices that record your vital signs (blood pressure, oxygen levels and blood sugars) and securely transmit the results to a Telehealth Nurse for proactive support, advice and chronic disease management. You can also videoconference your Telehealth Nurse.
