Funding your home care packages
Being able to afford your age care package can be a worry. All our homecare packages are subsidised by the Australian Government, so that you can remain in your home and live independently for as long as possible.
As Government approved home care package providers, we’re able to deliver the full range of home care packages from Level 1 to Level 4, so whether you need a little extra help via our basic packages or you need more specialist help, we can provide all the support you need.

We design a home care package around your needs
One of the reasons why we’re one of the leading providers of aged care home care packages in NSW, is that we really do put you at the centre of YOUR care. We’ll work closely with you and your family, if necessary, to identify the services that YOU need.
These can include anything from clinical nursing to personal care and domestic assistance, help with your garden and home, social support with transport, or identifying and supplying aids to help you stay mobile. Wherever necessary, we’ll work with Allied Health professionals to offer services such as occupational health, physiotherapy and podiatry.
However, our packages are not just limited to these services; we will always tailor a package to meet your specific needs, whether that means ensuring that your precious pet is groomed regularly or helping you to get your financial affairs in order.

Sue Mann Home Care Package clients are at the centre of their care - our team of professionals work with our clients and their family to identify the services and supports to best meet their needs and that are most important to them. They may include:

Clinical Nursing - nursing; wound management, medication management, diabetes management, chronic disease, dementia care

Allied Health - podiatry, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, speech pathology, home modifications

Personal Care - showering, toileting, dressing and undressing, meal preparation

Domestic Assistance - cleaning, housekeeping, ironing

Home and Garden Maintenance - yard and garden maintenance

Social Support - transport for shopping and medical appointments, getting to and from community activities and clubs

Optional Extras - The above may not list everything an individual client needs, but we are committed to tailoring a package to suit them. Our Care Managers will design a package which delivers to our clients what's most important. Extras may include - pet grooming, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, car detailing, capturing your story on video for future generations, assistance with arranging your legal affairs (Enduring Guardian, Enduring Power of Attorney, Advance Care Directive).
