Disability Care
Sue Mann Nursing and Community Care supports people living with a disability through NSW Government Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) funded Community Care Support Program and Private Services. As the disability sector and Australia welcomes the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), there will be increased choice and flexibility for NDIS participants to seek the right type of care, delivered at the right time by the right provider.
Through myhomecare, Sue Mann's unique way of care, listening to your personal story and disability care needs is the starting point of our journey together. We offer the full range of nursing and in-home care to support you. myhomecare helps you to meet your goals, support your care needs and conveys them in way that suits you. myhomecare supports individualised funding options, is flexible and easy to understand.
Until the transition to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) on the Central Coast, the Community Care Support Program will continue to provide disability services subsidised by the NSW Government to people living with a disability under 65 years.
